Summer Internship
Program Introdction
The 2025 MathGPT Innovator Summer Internship represents Phase 2 of the MathGPT initiative, designed by Dr. Kevin Lan. This phase is focused on developing advanced, AI-driven educational software designed to support students in self-directed learning, self-assessment, and exam preparation. Additionally, the platform will assist educators in lesson planning, question creation, and grading. Interns will have the unique opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of both the latest technological advancements and business strategies. They will also acquire valuable practical experience by contributing to the launch of a transformative project with the potential to make a significant impact on the educational landscape.
Throughout this internship, students will be able to:

Finish one academic paper draft

Gain hands-on experience in creative software development

Interact with professors and AI experts

Cultivate leadership, project management, and team communication skills

Program Schedule
This internship program provides an 8-week immersive experience, from Monday, 6/16/2025 to Friday, 8/8/2025.
Who should apply?
Current high school and college students interested in computer science, graphic design, engineering, business, entrepreneurship
Application Requirements
Applicants must submit the following materials:

Academic transcripts for the past two consecutive years.

Each site also accepts a limited number of online interns.
Tuition and Scholarship
High School Intern: $3,000
College Intern: $1,000
Scholarships may be offered contingent upon the success of our fundraising efforts.
